INGREDIENTS:
180g Cake flour
7 Whole eggs
180g Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Warm the eggs and sugar to 38˚C to dissolve the sugar. In a stand mixer, whisk on medium speed until it has tripled in volume. Slowly fold in the flour. pour into a parchment lined edged baking tray and bake at 180˚C or 375˚F for 8-10 minutes.
